We get it — sometimes things don’t fit the way you expected.
At SERTIS, you have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange your item.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 48 hours — we’ll take care of it.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@sertiswear.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You’ll get a reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.

  3. Once your item arrives and passes inspection, we’ll confirm your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return is processed.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
If you requested an exchange, the new item ships free of charge.
