1. General Return Policy
At SERTIS, each product is made to order. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color preference.
Please refer to our size guides carefully before placing an order.
2. Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you’re eligible for a free reprint or full refund.

Contact us at info@sertiswear.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include clear photos showing the issue and your order number.

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
3. Lost Packages / Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it — or it’s stuck in transit:

Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We’ll investigate and, if confirmed as lost, we will resend your item free of charge.
4. Returned to Sender (Wrong Address or Failed Delivery)
If a package is returned to Printful due to an invalid address or delivery failure:

It will be held for 30 days.

You can choose to:

Cover the shipping fee for resending, or
-
Cancel the order and receive a partial refund (excluding original shipping).

5. Return Process & Address

Contact us first at info@sertiswear.com before returning any items.

If approved, you’ll receive the correct return address at the Printful facility.

Clearly mark the return as:
“SERTIS Returns” -
Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.
6. Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once the return is approved.

Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 additional business days to appear in your account.
7. No Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To change size or color, simply return the item (if applicable) and place a new order.
