1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within Switzerland.
International shipping is not yet available, but it will be announced once SERTIS expands.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Switzerland is CHF 7.00.
Orders over CHF 100 qualify for free shipping.
4. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. You can return an unused item within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

5. How do I choose the right size?
We currently do not offer a full Size Guide table. However, on each product page you’ll find the model’s height and the size they are wearing to help you choose the best fit.
If you’re unsure between two sizes, we recommend selecting one size up for a more relaxed fit.
