How do I know if my order was received?
As soon as you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We work very fast: once an order goes into production, we can no longer change or cancel it. If you need help, please contact us right after placing your order.


SHIPPING

How long does delivery take?
All our products are printed on demand in Europe.
On average, your order will arrive within 5–9 business days from the purchase date.

Why doesn’t it arrive in 1–2 days like on other sites?
Each item is made specifically for you, reducing waste and overproduction. It’s a more sustainable and responsible process. Quality takes time — but it’s worth it.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the product type and destination. You'll always see the final cost before confirming your order.

Do you ship to Switzerland?
Yes, we ship all across Europe, including Switzerland 🇨🇭.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return a product?
Since every item is made to order, we don’t accept returns for size changes or personal preferences.
If the product is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll take care of it right away.
